Week 1: Mindful Breathing
- 5 mindfulness sessions focusing on breathing techniques
- A 50-minute guided meditation/breathing session to be repeated throughout the week
- An e-book providing tips on mindful breathing

Week 2: Mindful Body
- 3 mindfulness sessions focusing on body awareness exercises
- A 30-minute guided meditation/body scan session to be repeated throughout the week
- An e-book providing tips on mindful body awareness

- 6 mindfulness sessions focusing on mental awareness exercises
