Yes, our program is adapted to beginners, and we have 3 sub-levels among the beginner classes. We have also created a beginner's sophrology kit, ideal for those who want to learn the basics step by step.
What is the structure of the program?
The program takes place over 3 weeks, focusing on 3 themes: relaxation, visualization, and mindfulness.
- Each week consists of 4 sophrology sessions and a meditation/breathing session of 15 to 20 minutes, which should be repeated several times during the week.
- You will discover different types of sophrology sessions in this program, including body awareness exercises, mental visualization, and guided meditation.
- An ebook, audio recordings, and a community (via Slack) support you throughout the program and beyond.
Can I access the program with my mobile devices?
